Semi realism practice

hmm not easy to critique this. Not much of a painter.
All I can see is to make the shadow under the hat just as pronounced as the shadow under the neck. Maybe the hoodie could be more detailed however I think it great just the way it is. There is something interesting about some painting that want you to focus on the face rather than the rest of the body by putting the most detail in the right places. It gives it that blink of the eye or glancing vision feel. You know when you look at a person for half a second or something.
other than that.
I like the design of the characters face and hat.(don't take away the hat dude oh man don't do it.) Also outstanding choice for the color palette with the grey/brown/black/etc.

don't worry about the rating stars they don't mean much of anything.
